Terms and Rules

1. Age Requirement & Adult Content (18+)

DD Fun is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). The website features adult visual novels, erotic video games, and mature discussions. By browsing or participating in this community, you affirm under penalty of perjury that you are of legal adult age to view explicit media.

2. Community Code of Conduct

We take pride in maintaining an active, helpful, and welcoming discussion forum for indie developers, porters, and players. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment & Hate Speech: Targeted bullying, discrimination, racial epithets, threats of violence, or hate speech toward any member or developer.
• Doxxing & Personal Privacy: Exposing real-life identities, personal addresses, phone numbers, or private communications without consent.
• Spam & Self-Promotion: Posting duplicate threads, automated spam bots, referral links, deceptive URL shorteners, or commercial advertisements.

3. File Sharing, Porting & Security Standards

DD Fun is a community for indie storytelling, fan ports (Android/Switch), and modifications. All user submissions must meet strict security standards:

• Zero Tolerance for Malware: You may NOT post files containing viruses, trojans, ransomware, cryptocurrency miners, spyware, or malicious payloads. Every release is subject to automated and community vetting.
• Original Creator Attribution: When posting a game port, mod, or save file, you must clearly credit the original game author, studio, and the porter. Include official developer links (Patreon, Subscribestar, itch.io, Steam) whenever available.
• Prohibited Material: Any content depicting non-consensual real-world sexual acts, exploitation of minors, or extreme illegal content is strictly forbidden and results in immediate permanent IP ban and referral to legal authorities.

4. Account Security & Fair Use

Each user is permitted one primary account. Creating alternate "sockpuppet" accounts to evade moderation bans, manipulate reactions, or spam discussions is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Moderation & Rule Enforcement

The community administration and moderation staff reserve the right to edit, lock, move, or delete any discussion or post, and to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules. Moderation appeals may be submitted privately through our Support Ticket System.
